JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and monitor production deployment at the factory, follow the production plan, monitor the situation of machines within the management.
- Ensure proper and complete implementation of the procedures issued.
- Supervise and inspect quality of finished products according to promulgated standards.
- Recruite and train on professional and job for factory workers.
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Level of knowledge:
- Graduated from university or college, majoring in industrial system engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, business administration.
- Knowledge of maintenance.
- Good communication.
