JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Calling, receiving and handling incoming calls and working with other departments.
  • Managing administrative tasks: incoming and outgoing letters, stationery, quarterly report on fixed assets statistics (tables, chairs, computers, printers, phones, …).
  • Managing and proposing payment of office expenses: electricity, water, internet, fax, telephone…
  • Ensuring a neat, clean and beautiful office.
  • Booking air tickets, hotels for all levels of Management, staff on business trips.
  • Participating in organizing company events (employee’s birthday, company event)
  • Summarising of the weekly meeting content (if any).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of knowledge: College
  • Skill:Able to communicate in basic English
